CREATIVE OFFICE SPACE IN HISTORIC ARCHITECTURE DESIGNED IN STUNNING ART DECO STYLE by architect Allison & Allison and completed in 1931, the CalEdison Building, historically called the Edison Building, was one of the first all electrically heated and cooled buildings in the United States. The CalEdison Building stands triumphantly on the corner of 5th Street and Grand Avenue in DTLA’s Financial District.
